Terms and Conditions
Welcome to Precision Glass Work, your trusted partner for residential and commercial glass installation services in Virginia. These Terms and Conditions (“Agreement”) outline your rights and responsibilities when purchasing products or services from our company.
By accepting this Agreement, you agree to follow the terms listed below regarding pricing, delivery, quality, and all legal requirements related to the sale and installation of glass products.
1. Validity
This Agreement remains valid for 30 days from the date of issuance, including measurement, fabrication, delivery, and installation services unless otherwise stated.

2. Shipment and Delivery
Unless otherwise agreed in writing, Precision Glass Work determines the shipping method and carrier for your order. We may deliver in multiple shipments at our discretion.
Please note that delivery times are estimates, and we are not liable for delays due to unforeseen circumstances. Learn more about our Residential Glass Services.
3. Late Delivery
While we strive for timely completion, Precision Glass Work is not responsible for delays caused by third parties, supply chain issues, or weather conditions.
4. Inspection and Acceptance
Customers must inspect the completed installation upon delivery. If you find any issues, notify us during the Inspection Period. Failure to do so constitutes acceptance of the project.
If defects are found, we will either:
Correct the defective items, or
Refund the price of the affected project portion.
5. Invoicing and Payment Terms
A 50% deposit is due upon acceptance of this Agreement, with the remaining balance due upon completion of the work.
Late payments may incur a 1.5% monthly late charge. All unpaid balances are subject to collection costs and attorney fees.
6. Force Majeure
Precision Glass Work is not liable for delays or failures caused by events beyond our control, including:
Natural disasters (storms, floods, fires)
Labor strikes or shortages
Government actions or restrictions
Supply chain disruptions
These events may temporarily suspend service obligations until conditions improve.
7. Governing Law
This Agreement and any disputes shall be governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Virginia, without regard to conflict of law principles.
All actions and proceedings will be resolved exclusively in Fairfax County, Virginia.
